Altengartz Breakfast Sandwich
1/4 lb Altengartz Bratwurst or Breakfast Links
1 sandwich roll (toasted)
1 large egg
1/4 cup cheese
Grill or pan-fry the sausage until golden-brown on both sides. In a seperate pan, scramble the egg with a small amount of water or milk; salt and pepper to taste. Toast the roll on the inside only by placing on the hot grill or under the over broiler. When the brat, egg, and roll are ready, place the sausage on the roll and topp with the egg and cheese. Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and serve immediately.
